1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, landing pages, lead forms, and calendar booking pages operated by VP LIFE LLC ("VP LIFE," "we," "our," or "us"), a Florida limited liability company. By submitting a form, booking a consultation, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use our services.
2. Who we are
VP LIFE LLC is owned and operated by Victor Plasencia, a Florida-licensed Life and Health insurance producer (Florida License #G275118). We're a licensed insurance producer, not an insurance company. We don't underwrite or issue policies.
3. Description of services
We provide:
- Marketing pages with general information about life insurance products
- Lead intake forms where you can request contact about a life insurance quote
- A calendar booking widget where you can schedule a consultation call
- Follow-up communications by phone, SMS, and email about life insurance options
These services are informational and consultative. Submitting a form is not a binding application for insurance. No coverage exists until a carrier issues a policy and the policy's effective-date conditions are met.
4. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years of age
- A resident of a U.S. state where Victor Plasencia holds an active insurance license at the time of service (currently Florida; additional states may apply, available on request)
- The person whose information is being submitted, or the legally authorized representative of that person
5. License and intellectual property
All content on our properties, including text, images, layout, logos, and code, is owned by VP LIFE LLC or licensed to us. You may view our pages and print or save content for your personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, including republishing, scraping, or training machine-learning models on our content, requires written permission.
6. Your obligations
When you use our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Not impersonate another person
- Not submit information for someone who has not authorized you to do so
- Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) to interact with our forms or booking pages
- Not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
7. Prohibited uses
You may not use our services to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Defraud any person
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person
- Distribute malware or interfere with our systems
- Attempt unauthorized access to any account, server, or data
We may suspend or block any user who violates this section.
8. Important insurance disclosures
- VP LIFE LLC is a licensed Florida insurance producer, not an insurer. We connect you with carriers we are appointed with and help you complete an application. The carrier underwrites and issues the policy.
- Quotes are estimates. Any premium, coverage amount, or rate class shown to you before underwriting is an estimate based on the information you provided. Final premium and approval depend on the carrier's underwriting decision, which considers age, health history, tobacco use, occupation, and other factors.
- No guarantee of coverage. We don't guarantee that any carrier will approve your application or issue a policy.
- Not legal, tax, or financial advice. Information on our pages is general in nature. For advice tailored to your situation, consult a qualified attorney, CPA, or financial advisor.
- Carriers we represent include: Corebridge Financial, American General Life Insurance Company, American Amicable Life Insurance Company of Texas, Mutual of Omaha, Ethos Life, and TruStage. Carrier appointments change from time to time.
9. Communications and TCPA consent
By submitting a form, you provide prior express written consent for VP LIFE LLC and its agents to contact you at the phone number you provided, including by automatic dialing system, prerecorded voice, and SMS, about life insurance products, even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by replying STOP to any SMS or by emailing victor@vplifeinsurance.com.

10. Disclaimer of warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We don't warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, VP LIFE LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid to VP LIFE LLC, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you paid no fees, our liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if we knew or should have known the damages were possible.
Some states don't allow these limits. If you live in such a state, the limits above apply only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VP LIFE LLC, Victor Plasencia, and our agents and service providers from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of our services
- Information you provided that was false, misleading, or not yours to provide
- Your violation of any law or third-party right
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration provision in Section 14.
14. Dispute resolution and arbitration
14.1 Informal resolution first
Before filing arbitration, you agree to email victor@vplifeinsurance.com with a description of the dispute and what you want. We'll try to resolve it within 30 days.
14.2 Binding arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, or by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, at the claimant's choice. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14.3 No class actions
You and VP LIFE LLC each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
14.4 Small-claims carve-out
Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if the claim qualifies and is not removed to another court.
14.5 Insurance regulatory disputes
Nothing in this Section limits your right to file a complaint with the Florida Department of Financial Services or any other applicable insurance regulator.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
16. No waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreement you sign with us or with a carrier, are the entire agreement between you and VP LIFE LLC about your use of our services. They supersede prior agreements about the same subject.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make a material change, we'll post the new Terms on this page and, where required, notify you by email. Continued use of our services after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
